About Deal Maker Central Jersey

Deal Maker started in Richmond with a bold idea: community over competition, sharing over hoarding, and leaving egos at the door. That simple shift has exploded into 30 meetups nationwide in just 18 months—because investors everywhere are hungry for more.

Now, Deal Maker is coming home to Central Jersey, led by Kim McFaline—a seasoned real estate investor, who values connection and fosters growth in everything she does.

In addition to Deal Maker, Kim runs a group to help empower women in the real estate space. She leads with a servant's heart even when it comes to choosing a venue for her meetup.

She has chosen the Magnolia Animal Sanctuary for the venue in order to strengthen the sense of community. You can show up early and volunteer and spend time with the animals an before the meeting starts.

Do I have to volunteer?

No. We meet an hour before the start time for those who would like to spend time with the animals. If you do decide to volunteer, we recommend dressing like you're headed to walk one of your flips.
